1. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s shipped!


2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all Halloween orders over $50. Keep an eye on our banner for special seasonal deals!


3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course! If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

5. How do I track my order?

7. What if my package doesn’t arrive on time?
Delays can happen, especially during the Halloween rush! Just contact our support team  we’ll help you track it or send a replacement if needed.
